Dispatch

Here at Juste, we will dispatch your parcel within 2-3 working days of your order being placed (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all information provided at checkout is accurate and so the Royal Mail can deliver within the specified timescales. Juste cannot be held responsible for any errors made, this includes incorrect postcodes, missing door numbers and/or street names.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

At Juste the delivery charge varies based on the total weight and/or dimensions of the package, calculated automatically at checkout. We use Royal Mail as our delivery service but can provide other options if you contact us immediately after placing the order.
