How long will it take to get my package?
At Juste, your parcel will be dispatched within 1-2 working days of placing your order (Excluding Bank Holidays). We offer 48h Tracked service, which includes online delivery confirmation and tracking.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
Do you offer gift wrapping services?
No, but rest assured, all our jewellery comes beautifully packaged in premium branded boxes, jewellery bags and cards making it ready for gifting straight out of the box.
Do you ship internationally?
Juste is proud to be a UK-based company, dedicated to serving our local community with exceptional jewellery and service. At the moment, we're focused on providing the best experience for our customers within the UK and do not currently offer shipping outside of the country. We appreciate your understanding and support as we continue to grow.
Are your products hypoallergenic?

What is your return policy?

For hygiene reasons and for your protection, we do not accept refunds on earrings, unless they are defective or faulty.
